Race category and its distance: 10 KM, 3KM road race for Men and Women, and 3KM Majja Run for Men and Women.

Event name: 3K Majja Run

Applicant fulfilling the minimum age eligibility – completed 12 years of age (born on or before 10.06.2011)

Prize money will be distributed in Indian rupees only. All prizes are equal for both Men and Women and based on Gun time. Prize winners declared may be required to submit further proof of their identity/age, as may be required.

The Majja Run category is a participative, fun run. Being a non-timed category, finish timings of participants will not be captured, timing certificates will not be issued for this category and note that there is no cash prize for this category. All finishers of the Majja Run will get only the finisher medal and certificate.

All participants must register online. There is NO Spot entry on the race day (9th July 2023) or any chest number collection.

Group entries: Group entries shall be accepted for all the participative race categories, i.e., 10 KM, 3KM and Majja Run (3KM). There shall be a minimum of 20 individual entries from the said participative categories to comprise a group. Mail to the Director of the Race

For Age & Address Proof: Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Passport, or equivalent documents to prove your age and address to be submitted when collecting prize money.

Chest Number:

An expo before the run will be organized for bib collection. Please note, participants cannot collect their bibs on the race day.

It is mandatory for all individual participants of the and Open 10 K, 3K, 3K U-16 and 3K Majja Run to collect their running/ Chest/ Bib numbers personally from the Bib Collection Center: Indira Canteen Nayanda Halli, (Service Road between Nayanda Halli Signal & Nagarabhavi,) Bangalore-560026. Participants can collect the running bib numbers on the 7th July 2023 (Friday), and 8th July 2023 (Saturday) between 10 AM and 8 PM.

T-Shirt, Medal & Certificate: Every registered athlete will get a T-Shirt, and at the end of the race, all finishers of the Open 10 K, 3K, 3K U-16 and 03KMajja Run will get the certificate and finisher medal. Please collect your Medal and Certificate before leaving the venue; Medal and Certificate will not be posted to individual runners if they fail to collect on the race day. 

Location of the CHEST/ BIB Number distribution counter.

Regarding Route etc:

  • There will be three pilots to show the route to the participants.
  • Throughout the Open 10 K, 03K, 03K U-16 and 03KMajja Run of the race. There will be direction marks on the road.
  • For every kilometer, there will be boards to show kilometers completed by the participants.
  • There will be Volunteers at every turning point to guide participants and make it easy to know their running track.
  • We have made a Root Map for Open 10 K, 3K, 3K U-16 and 03K Majja Run

General things to know:

Refreshment etc:

  • Water Point: There will be a water point for every 2 kilometers.
  • At the finishing point, everybody can get (one who likes to have) water of Electoral and Glucose.
  • Breakfast: Every registered participant is eligible to collect breakfast after returning the Chest Number.

Boarding & Lodging
: There will be food and accommodation on 8th July 2023 at Night (only for outsiders, but not for the residents of Bangalore City).

Baggage Counter: There will be a luggage counter, but participants shouldn’t keep mobile phones, money, etc. in it because we are not responsible for any such loss.

Relaxation zone: Based on the participants, there will be a relaxation zone for men and women.

Toilets: There will be mobile toilets based on the number of participants.

Program, Video & Photography:
The prize distribution program will be at 9 AM on the race day, Officials, and the Director of the race decision is final.
Guests will be invited at the time of flag-off and prize distribution. Photo and Video will be done from the beginning until the end of the event.

Location and Adrress of the vehicle parking lot.

Vehicle Parking: There is a Use and Pay parking place (lot) at Mysore Road Metro station near Nayandahalli Signal for all vehicles.


Doctors: There will be Raja Rajeshwari Medical College and Hospital Doctors team along with Ambulances for medical emergencies only (instead of first aid, we are not responsible for such people who have health issues already.

Those with health issues are not suggested to take part in the race and if any such incidents we are not responsible.

Police (Traffic and Law & Order): Throughout the race, there will be police protection, at every junction there will be traffic police to control the traffic for a smooth moment of the race.

Fire Brigade: For safety measures requested, Department of Fire and Emergency Services.

On race day, registered participants will be lined up on a first come, first served basis.

Postponement of the Race: In case of pandemic emergency/Government restrictions/Public gathering prohibitions, etc., The race will be postponed, and the alternate date will be announced on our official social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Website.

Disqualify: Runners found to have interchanged their running number bib and bib tag with others, will be disqualified from the competition. Such runners shall not be entitled to any timing or prize money (where applicable).

Not Refundable & Transferable: Once registration is completed, entry fees cannot be refundable and transferable from one person to another person or future events and a refund is not possible under any circumstances.

Note: There will be five checking points, at every point official would note down your position in the race and activities of yours with the subordinate athlete.

From the beginning to end of the event, participants will be under the surveillance of police and our officials.

Your photo or video of the 9.07.2023 event can be used for the promotion of our forthcoming event.
